IVR stands for Interactive voice response, this is the recording you receive usually on a business phone when prompted to interact with via keypad or voice response. Other telephony examples are recordings you may receive on robocalls or voicemail.
Commercial.
This VO could be any number of things, from e-Learning to movie trailers and video game narration. Commercial could also be promo work or corporate advertisement. This recording could be used for presentations or announcements for your company either on your website, conferences, or internally, etc.
Narration.
Narration is usually a bit longer than other forms of VO work. Perhaps you have a documentary that needs an introduction or you have a book you’ve written and want to sell on Audible.
